can someone tell me how to use the Picture in Picture on my TV. I have a RCA and can not get the smaller picture to change channels. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
I don't know about RCAs, but many TVs only let you change the picture in the big screen. So you would have to swap the pictures, change channel, swap back. PITA.
